Cancellation Policy
1. Interview Preparation Services
If you need to cancel your interview preparation service, you may do so within 24 hours of making the purchase to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the initial 24-hour period will not be eligible for a refund.
2. AWS/Azure Certification Training
For AWS/Azure certification training courses, you may cancel your enrollment within 7 days of the purchase date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the initial 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
1. Interview Preparation Services
Refunds for interview preparation services will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, provided the cancellation is made within the 24-hour window.
2. AWS/Azure Certification Training
Refunds for AWS/Azure certification training courses will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation, provided the cancellation is made within the 7-day window.
How to Request a Cancellation and Refund
To cancel a service and request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@abhayksingh.com with the subject line “Cancellation and Refund Request.”
- Include your full name, email address, and order confirmation number in the email.
- Clearly state the reason for your cancellation.
Exceptions
Abhay K Singh reserves the right to refuse refunds for services that have been used, misused, or where the terms of this policy have not been met. No refunds will be provided after the specified cancellation periods.
